As the founder and leader of the SonKim Group of companies, Tuan's vision is the driving force and beating heart of the group. He is dedicated to creating a brighter future for his customers, partners stakeholders, and fellow citizens by creating visionary new products and businesses across the group.

Prior to joining SonKim Land, Mr. Son was the Country General Manager for Lenovo Vietnam (2012 - 2015), responsible for overall revenue, profitability and business operations, and for developing and driving growth strategies for Lenovo in the country. He was a member of the Asean Leadership Team at Lenovo, with a portfolio which included driving and managing relationships with key corporate clients; managing distribution for the consumer and SMB channels; and overall sales and marketing for the brand and its products in Vietnam.

James has over 20 years of executive level experience in finance, fund raising, and company building in industries ranging from technology to real estate development. He has a degree in Business Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Tran Viet Huan (Ph.D. in Computer Science) is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of SonKim Group and SonKim Retail. Mr. Huan is responsible for the digital transformation strategy and IT strategy development and implementation of the corporation and all member companies. He is also responsible for building cooperation programs with partners in developing an open ecosystem towards providing comprehensive services to consumers.

Mr. Tran Tuan Tai manages strategic investments in member companies, capital structure for the Group, and maintaining relationships with investors.
